Your account

We store your email, a hashed password, your website, your segments and area, your feedback on leads and your billing status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Connected mailboxes

If you connect Gmail or Outlook we request permission to send email on your behalf. We store an encrypted access token and the address of the mailbox. If you turn on reply detection for a mailbox, we also read the headers of incoming messages (sender, subject, date and which email they answer) to mark a lead as Replied and to notice bounced emails. We never store or read the content of your emails, except the delivery failure notices your mail server sends back, to know which email bounced. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, and you can also revoke access from your Google or Microsoft account.

Business data

Lead information comes from publicly available sources about businesses. A business can ask to be removed at [email protected], and anyone can opt out of emails sent through Dibs with the link in each message.

Your rights

You can export your leads and delete your account and data at any time from Settings. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws can contact us at [email protected] to exercise their rights.
