Terms of service

The service

Dibs shows you new businesses that may need what you sell, with contact details when we can find them. Leads are information, not endorsements. We do not guarantee that any lead will become a customer.

Plans, credits and cancellation

Paid plans renew every month until you cancel. Opening a lead's contact details uses one credit; following up with the same lead is free. Monthly credits do not roll over; extra leads you buy never expire. If an email bounces and we can confirm the address does not exist, the credit goes back, up to a tenth of your monthly credits each month. You can cancel at any time from Settings and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Sending email

If you connect your mailbox, emails are sent from your account and in your name, when you click Send or, if you turn on Autopilot, according to the rules you set there (which businesses, how many a day and at what hours). You can turn Autopilot off at any time. You are the sender and must follow the law that applies to you, including the CAN-SPAM Act: identify yourself, include your postal address, and honor opt-outs. Dibs adds an unsubscribe link and blocks addresses that opted out.

Acceptable use

Do not use Dibs to send spam, harass anyone, or resell the data as a list.
